You are invited to participate in this year’s Brighouse Charity Gala on Lane Head Recreation Ground gala field.

Please complete this form in full and submit it as soon as possible to secure your place. Please can you attach a copy of your public liability insurance documents and other documents as soon as possible. The final date for applications will be 31st May 2024.

As this is a free to enter gala please note there will be a ground fee payable of £20 for charities. Trades will be informed of the amount of their ground fee on application.
